Paine Manwaring has been a big part of the local community in West Sussex ever since its beginnings as a Worthing blacksmith’s back in 1725.

Over time we have grown and developed to offer many more services to a much wider area, while still taking pride in our aim to be a hugely positive contributor to the community as a whole.

Now, in addition to providing an invaluable heating, plumbing and electrical service for homes and businesses all over Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire, we also like to benefit our customers, staff and local residents in other ways.

Recently, it was our pleasure to announce sponsorship of the fantastic cup winning Worthing Town U10 Yellow team.

Sponsorship is invaluable for youth football sides, as it enables the managers to buy the right branded kit and equipment to help the team be the very best it can be, not to mention looking the part when training and competing against other youth football teams in the area.

Worthing Town FC sent out a request for sponsorships at the start of the season and the heating, plumbing and electrical team at Paine Manwaring were keen to get involved.

Paine Manwaring Contracts Manager, Dave Harris, whose son plays for the team, said: “The team has played together for the last two years and has developed well. Over this time they have grown more and more in confidence and are a good bunch of kids.

“We were proud to sponsor such a great team and it has been a pleasure to see them displaying our logo – best of luck for the next season!”

Last year the Worthing Town U10 Yellow team won the U10 ACYFL Rother Cup on November 5, 2017, with a match played at Palatine Park in Worthing. They also, more recently, won the U10 ACYFL Teal League Cup in a match against Angmering and Littlehampton, again at Palatine Park.

It is hoped the sponsorship of the Worthing Town U10 Yellow team will lead on to even greater cup winning success, while giving a great boost to team morale.
