Paine Manwaring originate back to 1725, with the opening of the Broadwater village blacksmith’s by William Paine and was joined in 1874 by Frank Manwaring to expand the business into maintenance of steam traction engines.Technical advances have changed the business far beyond that first envisaged by William Payne. To keep pace with all the changes, Paine Manwaring ensures that all employees receive up to date training in these advances and makes full use of modern technology within the fields of plumbing and heating.
The Service Department currently have contracts with local authorities including, ‘Worthing Borough Council’, housing associations including ‘Worthing Homes’ and ‘Servite Houses’, and local property managing agents such as ‘Your Move’.
