Paine Manwaring were first established in 1725, with the opening of the Broadwater village blacksmith’s by William Paine and was joined in 1874 by Frank Manwaring to expand the business into maintenance of steam traction engines.
Technical advances have changed the business far beyond that first envisaged by William Paine. To keep pace with all the changes, Paine Manwaring ensures that all employees receive up-to-date training in these advances and makes full use of modern technology within the fields of plumbing, heating and electrical.
The Service Department currently maintain over 6500 private customers and hold long term contracts with local authorities including, ‘Worthing Borough Council’ and local property managing agents.
