Sole contractor for the prestigious Goodwood Estate in West Sussex with responsibility for the estate’s property portfolio, including Goodwood House, Goodwood Hotel and Health Club, members’ clubhouse The Kennels, Goodwood Racecourse and Goodwood Motor Circuit.
Portslade Hub – Kings College, Portslade
Refurbishment of the former Kings College 6th Form School to create new office space for Brighton & Hove City Council’s Child Welfare team. Full MEP design and installation included access control for secure areas. The upgrade brought the building in line with modern operational standards, while addressing the sensitive needs of safeguarding services.
Maplewood – Office Block Refurbishment, Basingstoke
A Cat B fit-out was completed for a three-storey office building, including structural alterations, façade updates, landscaping and full mechanical and electrical installations.
